A lot of personal pain imbedded in this teaching.  Better to just cut to the chase and lovingly share with the "Church" what to look for in Godly, Anointed, Called of God, Elders,  Eph.4:1-16.  Elders will be a part of the projected final solution for building the Church.  They are the silk gloves in which the Holy Spirit want to place His hands to lovingly touch and heal our world.  So how do we find them, train them properly and get them on line?

First and foremost I have learned that a true "Elders" only operates in the Kingdom through loving influence.  Ideally,  The Elders of God fit in more with the prophets of the O.T. and not the Kings.  Rev. 17 & 18.  Ideally, True Elders work together as servants in a consensual loving influence relationship for the glory of Christ Jesus and so on. We have much work to do in serving our King in helping with building His Church, the Bride.

Of course the ideal is found in Hebrews 10:16.  So we are on track in making disciples that are like Jesus that can make other disciples also.  And I see you trying very hard to do just that.

If you would like to share I would like to know more about the divorce and church fracture?

I understand the picture concerning your church defeat at Caelum Moor which is a place of focus for the dark side.   http://www.coyotethunder.com/moor/brochure.shtml

The Israelites took on several battles without the anointing and got soundly defeated.  Jude write of Michael realizing his limitations.  I never go looking for a fight but if the enemy exposes himself in a gathering I have found that I can depend upon the Holy Spirit to give us the victory.  Do you remember the young woman that followed Paul around telling everyone that these were servants of the most high.  Paul did not deal with that right away but later as she began to seek the truth then came the eviction.  The same with Philip and Simon,  he hung out for a while and was only exposed when Peter and John came into the picture.  The Lord has promised to allow nothing to come into our lives that He would either give us the victory or a way of escape.  So I can see the battle filed and the wrecks very vividly.  So very sorry to hear about the carnage.  But the obvious solution, get off the floor and try one more time.... which I feel you are doing and with my and many blessings.

So in building a base for elders to come together in a N.T. positive relationship of one mind and one spirit would be a good vision,  Eph.4:11.   Of course we would need to become fruit inspectors.  And the qualification set forth in scripture would need to be clearly validated.  And of course, our Lord Jesus Christ, would need to be high and lifted up.  But we have all read how that the "Bride" is to make herself ready and be without spot, wrinkle or blemish at our Lord's coming.  And that the "Elders" are to help bring this to pass, Eph.4:11-16.   If there is a gathering of this Christian caliber, I have yet to find it?  I would expect a balance of love, holiness and power. I would expect unassuming gentle true humility.  I would expect John 17 unity.  I would expect this fellowship of elders to cut across all denominational lines and doctrinal divisions.  Differences in doctrine should be viewed as a wonderful opportunity in love to come to a greater understanding of God's Holy Truth.  There is but one Church of Jesus Christ. Then perhaps we might be ready for Caelum Moor.  And I will get off the soap box with that.
